Beautiful sauna area with a nice outdoor area and usually very nice and courteous staff. BUT: Before a lockdown was decided or even communicated, we had 2 sauna day tickets for November 1st via the ticket system. pre-ordered and also - as only possible - prepaid by credit card. Are then unfortunately on 1.11. Traveled the 70km for free, as the thermal baths have been posted in the entrance area since October 30/31. was closed until further notice. We checked the homepage again before we left. No hint. Since only a maximum of 20 guests could reserve and each had to provide email and telephone numbers in advance, in my opinion it would have been possible to inform the guests accordingly. Doesn't seem to have happened as we met other displaced guests in the few minutes in front of the entrance. In addition, so far no information about what is going on with the paid entrance fees. Are these automatically refunded, do we have to block the booking on the credit card? All in all: a beautiful thermal bath and an impossible information policy - hence the current rating.

A beautiful thermal bath with friendly staff and a strikingly large and beautiful relaxation area. There are deductions for little variety in the basin and for the fact that the currywurst my companion ordered was a fried curry. Good three stars, a recommendation for everyone in the area.

Very pleasant space with heated outdoor pool and indoor pool, both with massage circuits; with saunas; jacuzzi; Turkish bath; ice room ... Due to the covid some of these services are prohibited. Only the indoor and outdoor pool and two saunas are available. To shower one person at a time, which prevents people from taking advantage of the paid time as waiting for the shower is time consuming.

Today I took advantage of the replacement program (running) due to the conversion / construction of the new equipment and I am thrilled 😍 It was just great!!! The dates for the next two weeks are great and I'm looking forward to trying out and getting to know new things. In itself a nice little thermal bath, but it is a bit too expensive due to the corona crisis. 10 euros for 2.5 hours, of which we could basically only use 1 hour and a few minutes. Because only one person is allowed into the shower at a time. Some stood in the shower for an extremely long time. This could have been regulated differently z. B put an employee in front of the showers who keeps an eye on the times. I also found it absolutely impossible to be asked to refrain from blow-drying your hair, but actually you had no choice because the blow-dryers were switched off and the sockets had no power. At current temperatures it is really unreasonable with long hair, because you get sick straight away.

It is very nice here, but showering with the first person in the ladies and gentlemen is very little and also problematic if someone has to use the toilet.

Unfortunately pretty disappointed ... We drove to this thermal bath for an hour today, because we were expecting to find some special features. Unfortunately, it was precisely these features that all had closed. We read beforehand on the homepage that some saunas (below 80 degrees) are closed due to Corona. However, you can't read anywhere that the sea salt grotto, the event pool, whirlpool and the snow paradise are also closed. We arrived around 5 p.m. and assumed the opening times stated on the Internet to be until 9 p.m. Only at the entrance is a sign stating that the thermal baths are only open until 8 p.m. So we could only take the 2.5 hours - which is already quite high at € 15.50 per person. The thermal baths are nice and clean and the outside area of ​​the sauna is well designed and there are some sun loungers. The employee in the sauna area was very nice and hardworking. There is a ladies sauna on the upper floor. We are sure that if you can use the whole range of options, you can spend great and relaxing hours there. We're just annoyed that neither the shortened opening hours nor the above. closed areas are mentioned and you still have to pay the full price.

Nice, small thermal bath with outdoor area. The sauna area is wonderful. You can definitely spend a whole day here.

The swimming pool has three small pools, one of which is outside. I don't think the bathroom is very nice for children because it doesn't offer any opportunities for play. It would be suitable for babies because the water is warm and pleasant and they do not yet need a wide range of games. But if you want to relax it is great because of the warm water and the great wellness area and the clean! All in all many great offers to relax.

Beautiful place. The saunas are excellent and there is a great selection of them. The pool is gorgeous. The view from the lounge is very pleasant and pacifying. Everything is perfect.

You can simply experience a lot of beautiful things there. The salty warm swimming water and the sauna area is very well maintained and clean. What I don't really like is that the entrance fees are relatively high.

Not just a public baths, it is also a fitness, centre, therapy center beauty and health, open air swimming in bath warm water and brilliant sauna facilities but beware if you are a bit shy because it is textile free ( but is separate from the bathing area). Upstairs you will find a massive relaxation area complete with hot stones, water beds, blankets, and comfortable loungers. You will also find a women only sauna that is well equipped and very comfortable. I have spent many a relaxing day here and would highly recommend it. The staff are really friendly and very helpful.

A really fantastic 2 swimming pools with water massage! One is outside and the second is inside building. All have salt nice warm water! The Hufeland Therme is a kind of SPA (wellnessbad) with tradition in this Region (Weserbergland). In this bulding you can find also: saunas, Princebad, a various massages (classical massge, Hamam, an exotic Dampfbad), Water-shiatsu, saltgrotte, various therapies, fitness club. They also offer cosmetics services like depilation or manicure. Hufeland Therme is just behind a Park Hotel and old Jewish cementry. You go into a park keeping the way.

Often a little too busy, but that's hardly a complaint. More a reflection of the quality of the place.

I have mixed feelings about this place. Positive first: It is in a nice location, clean and modern. Negative: the staff was unfriendly. Every thing is on different levels which can be annoying if if you need to go back to the locker for things. The shower was cold and had no power. Their isn't enough lounging chairs inside. Outside yes, but in the winter or during a rain storm it's not even an option. We decided to have dinner in the restaurant. The food quality and menu choices are very simple and low. In general I feel that this is a place for the older generation.
